A quick note about Weebly.
Weebly's tag line "The Easiest Way to Build a Web Site" is true. No html skills required. No CSS knowledge needed. The only skills you need are drag and drop. I built the basics for this site in under an hour just by clicking around their build site. I've spent more time tweaking this site over the last few weeks/months as I learn the finer details of their software but you can get a web site built and published in a very short time - all by just clicking.
The best part is the cost - free. They do have different paid options but with the free option, a site is ad free and up and running within minutes. Highly recommended. Even just to play around and experiment.
